Effect: Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effect. Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned(from your hand)by Tributing 1 "Slifer the Sky Dragon" on the field and by paying half of your LP. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. When Special Summoned: other cards and effects cannot be activated. When this card is Special Summoned: You can banish up to 10 cards from your Deck and/or Graveyard. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each card in your and your opponent's banish pile. When your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster(s) in Attack Position: That monster loses 1000 ATK for each card in your opponent's hand, then if its ATK has been reduced to 0 as a result, destroy it.
