Continuous Spell Card

Tribute Summoned monsters gain the effect of the Tributed Monster(s), also Tribute Summoned monsters gain the names of the Tributed Monster(s) (A monster can have more than 1 name with this card effect). If a Tribute Summoned monster has 10 or more names, you win the Duel.

This may prove to be severely problematic for the game with Tributed monsters that have certain hard once per turn effects (which mentions a monster's name in quotations to make sure copies or itself can't use the same effect twice) because the Tribute Summoned monster doesn't have same name as the Tributed monster... Which means you could use the hard once per turn effect infinitely. Here is an existing card for an example of this:

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Raiden,_Hand_of_the_Lightsworn

Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworns

During your Main Phase: You can send the top 2 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard, then if any "Lightsworn" monsters were sent to the Graveyard by this effect, this card gains 200 ATK until the end of your opponent's turn. You can only use this effect of "Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworn" once per turn. Once per turn, during your End Phase: Send the top 2 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard.

If you look at the bolded part, you will see that any card named "Raiden" is given a limit by Raiden's effect to only be used once per turn... Otherwise, you could keep sending cards the top 2 cards from the Deck over and over. Now if something were to Tribute him (which certainly won't be named "Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworns), they can do just that.

So if you want this card to not be broken in the way I explained it could be (it would probably be moved to Joke Cards if you don't make a change) I would suggest something along the lines of this:

Tribute Summoned monsters gain the effect of the Tributed Monster(s), also Tribute Summoned monster's names are treated as the names of the Tributed Monster(s).
