Reminds me of that former Korean exclusive card for Dragon Ruler's: Dragoroar. I imagine you intended this as a counterpart of it.

 

Anyhow I find it funny how currently the big Dragon Rulers are banned in both TCG and OCG... So you would have to devise a Deck around the little Dragon Rulers instead which isn't as thrilling, and wouldn't be good on your resources in the Grave.

 

Though if they were to ever lift the big Dragon Ruler's out of their ban this... May be worthwhile since the Dragon-Type has a lot of dumping support like Dragon Ravine, and Dragon Ravine (which could provide an extra dump of Dragon if you dropped a Normal Dragon in 1st). It may even have more incentive than Dragoroar because you could banish the big Dragons you haven't used the effects of, get searches, and get an extra Dragon on top of that... But, then again... Dragoroar's selling point is being a Quick-Play so you don't even have to worry if you used some of the big Dragon's effects because you can Set Dragoroar, and use it on your opponent's turn for a shuffle of one of their cards and extra searches.

 

If I remember from my experiences correctly though, Dragoroar seemed a lot better on paper since you won't always get all the Attributes you need for the condition. With that in mind you could imply that this would be the case of your card since it was made with the same variable of needs.
