Cool card :) I think that having such a good effect it should have less ATK and DEF though. Also, I think you could be more specific about the wording of the counter effect, something along the lines of "Remove one counter from this card to return one card that is removed from play to your Deck."

Thanks, Rawlyn, the odd wording was mostly because of word space.

 

God Hunter - Jesus...could you think of a better noun for me? Warkid? It doesn't flow and sounds pretty childish.

6.789/9.9 = 0.685757..., so that's about 69% or 7/10.
