If this card is Special Summoned: You can send 1 Beast or Beast-Warrior-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; add 1 “Phantom Beast” Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 “Gazelle, King of the Phantom Beasts” effect per turn, and only once that turn.

When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of “Phantom Beast Winged Lion” once per turn. Any card sent to the Graveyard is shuffled into the Deck instead. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by an opponent’s card (by battle or card effect); return all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls to the hand.

3 “Phantom Beast” Beast or Beast-Warrior monsters
When this card is Fusion Summoned: If you used "Phantom Beast Wild-Horn" as a Fusion Material for this card's Fusion Summon; inflict 2000 damage to your opponent. If this card battles, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's original ATK. You can only use each effect of "Magnificent Mythical Phantom Beast" once per turn.

Must first be Fusion Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. During either player’s turn, when a card or effect is activated: You can Tribute 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster from your hand or field; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. If this card destroys a monster by battle; it can attack again in a row. You can only use each effect of "Dark Chimera, Lord of the Phantom Beasts" once per turn.

2 Level 4 Beast and/or Beast-Warrior-Type monsters

During either player's: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the End Phase, reduce that target’s ATK to 0, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the original ATK of that target. You can only use this effect of “Phantom Beast Elegant Liger” once per turn.

Discard 1 card: Target 1 Beast or Beast-Warrior monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can banish this card from your Graveyard: Banish from your field and/or Graveyard the Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged Beast-Type Fusion Monster, then Special Summon that Fusion Monster from the Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) You can only activate 1 “Phantom Beast Reincarnation” per turn.

When this card is activated: You can add 1 “Phantom Beast” Beast or Beast-Warrior monster or “Polymerization” from your Deck to your hand. “Phantom Beast” Beast or Beast-Warrior monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle. You can Fusion Summon 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged Beast-Type Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Materials. You can only this effect of “Phantom Beast Enchanted Temple” once per turn. If a “Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast” is Fusion Summoned; it gains this effect.
● If this card is Fusion Summoned: It gains 800 ATK, also it is unaffected by your opponent's monster effects.
You can only activate 1 "Phantom Beast Enchanted Temple" per turn.

 

 

 

Overview

 

I owe some explanations, don't I? I got a challenge: Make shitty Phantom Beasts useful (except, horns of PB, I dig that s***), so *cracking neck* here we go.

Main Deck:

Gazelle, King of the Phantom Beasts and Phantom Beast D.D. Berfomet are obviously substitutes for the shitty materials of Chimera. The new Gazelle swarms the Field on NS, and search your S/T by dumping Beast/Beast-Warrior as a cost (sends either Thunder-Pegasus or one of the new supports below).

Berfomet searches your monsters on Summon (literally a retrained version of the old one), it rewards you if you add old-Gazelle, and it recycles your S/T or poly when it hits the Grave.

BONUS: Now you benefit from Chimera's stupidass float (which is no longer stupidass now, duuuh), AND you have access to R4 Xyz and Level 8 Synchro Plays (Felis), the main ones being: Zoodiacs, search with Broadbull then Summon Drident (Drancia), Tiger King, set Tenki or Tensu, *insert other rank4s Level8 Synchros here*...

Phantom Beast Blatant Liger is a +1 when you SS your monsters or when you use it for a Fusion. It helps you gathering your Fusion Materials and also allows you to make Rank 4 plays.

Phantom Beast Berserk Tiger is a new win condition/beatstick (whatever you call). It dumps a thunder-bolt, new berfomet, Liger on Summon. The second effect was made to make Rock-lizard (more like Rock-Dickhead) tolerable.

That LV6 vanilla is to reinforce Rank6 plays.

Extra Deck:

Phantom Beast Winged Lion is an attempt to make that bird-f*** useful. Field presence on summon, has the one side Danklawish effect and a subzeroish float.

Magnificent Mythical Phantom Beast is another attempt to make that d**k-Horns useful: Its your generic Fusion if you, somehow, didn't get Gazelle. It got Armades and Wingman effects and burns your opponent if you used Wild-Horn. 

Dark Chimera, is the big ass buff boss card. Negates once and attacks twice.

Phantom Beast Elegant Liger a Rank 4 that works well with Tiger, it makes its bone even biggah. (might get a place in Zoodiacs after they get banhammered)

S/T Lineups:

Phantom Beast Reincarnation is Ayers Rock Sunrise and Miracle Fusion combined.

Phantom Beast Enchanted Temple gives the deck a boost and makes chimera lasts longer.

So my only problem is with Gazelle, Berfomet, Berserk Tiger, and Phantom Beast Enchanted Temple.

 

All these cards need to specify the Types that they Summon/add in their effects due to names. If you didn't know, the Mecha Phantom Beasts archetype are also "Phantom Beast" monsters that can use the above monsters to Summon/add their own monsters. Mecha Phantom Beasts, as far as I know, lack a Field Spell, so Enchanted Temple can be used for its first two effects, the search and the battle protection for the WIND Machine-Type archetype.

 

I am just pointing this out. Your cards in general are a huge improvement over the original archetype, like the Magnet Warrior, Silent Magician/Swordsman, and Buster Blader reboots.
