During your Standby-Phase, if this card is in your Spell/Trap card zone, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WIND Monster from your graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Tornado Gear" once per turn. During your Main Phase, if this card in your Spell/Trap card zone is linked to a monster you control, you can Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster. (Machine-Type/WIND/Level 6/ATK 1900/DEF 1500). ( This card is also still a Trap Card.) Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Wind Monster you control; Special Summon 1 WIND monster from your hand or graveyard, linked to a monster you control. If this card is in your Graveyard while you control a Link Monster, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard:  You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then draw 1 card.
