ABC Gun
(Artwork for these cards done by Future Card Buddyfight http://buddyfight.wikia.com/wiki/Bloody_Moon_Dragon and http://buddyfight.wikia.com/wiki/Demonic_Demise_Dragon%2C_Azi_Dahaka) Yep, I made the most obvious Red-Eyes monster that you've already seen before, but with an M. Night Shymalan twist; its a Synchro not a Fusion. The tuner is just a Vayu for them, but its effect counts as a Synchro Summon. Red-Eyes Ultimate Dragon itself can halve the ATK of any Special Summoned monster your opponent controls as long as you used the O.G. himself, Red-Eyes B. Dragon as Synchro Material, and it can prevent itself from going to the Graveyard by banishing Red-Eyes cards or cards that list Red-Eyes in their effects instead. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish from your Graveyard, this card and up to 2 non-Tuner "Red-Eyes" monsters; Special Summon 1 DARK Dragon-Type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level is exactly equal the total Levels of those banished monsters, except a monster that lists Synchro Monsters as Synchro Material. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.)1 DARK Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monstersCannot be used for a Summon. If this card is Synchro Summoned by using "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" as Synchro Material, and while face-up on the field, halve the ATK of all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls. If this card would be destroyed by battle, or if it would be sent to the Graveyard by an opponent's card/effect, you can banish 1 "Red-Eyes" card or a card that lists "Red-Eyes" in its effect from your Graveyard instead. KING OF BRAVES
Screaming is alright. It doesn't make the deck more consistent or fix any of the deck's issues. Most of the time, you'd just dump this with Foolish Burial or with That Grass Looks Greener in a 60 card build. Not having hard opt and being able to use its effect on the turn it's sent to the Graveyard is fine post-Links. Without Links, current TCG, it's pretty strong. Lets you summon Synchros without losing cards. It doesn't negate the effects of whatever it summons and it treats the Special Summon as a Synchro Summon, so it lets you use the effects of Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity and Supreme King Servant Clear Wing.Overall, it's a decent card. Decent 7. Ultimate is pretty bad. It's Level 12, so it faces competition from King Calamity and Red Nova Dragon, both of being better targets. King Calamity stops your opponent from doing anything on your turn and Red Nova Dragon can't be destroyed by card effects and negates attacks. Stopping your opponent from sending it to the Graveyard is slightly better than not being destroyed by card effects. There are few cards that send other cards to the Graveyard without destroying.Halving the attack of your opponent's Special Summoned monsters doesn't really matter. It can already run over most relevant monsters and it can prevent its destruction by battle.Being Level 12 makes it awkward to summon. Red-Eyes would need to run a Level 4 Dragon to be able to summon it with Screaming, and it's just easier to summon Beelze, because it just needs Red-Eyes and Screaming. It just doesn't do enough and is hard to summon. Strong 4 to light 5.
