Monarch King Posted April 27, 2017 Report Share Posted April 27, 2017 Normal Spell Card Banish all "Master Peace, the True Dracoslaying King" your opponent controls, face-down, even if any of them are unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards and even if there is an "Imperial Order" and/or Imperial Iron Wall on the field. If you would add this card from your Deck to your hand by "Left Arm Offering", your opponent cannot activate the effect of "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" in response to that "Left Arm Offering".
