Assault Knight

 

A stalwart group of EARTH Pyro-type monsters. The archetype's monsters are all Gemini, with different very powerful effects once they become effect monsters. However, they are also quite dangerous outside that as every single monster is a 1000 ATK/DEF Kalut while in the hand.

 

They hit the Extra Deck Trifecta of a single Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz that are all pseudo-generic and help both aspects of the Assault Knights' playstyle.

Assault Knight Alpha

Level 4 ~ EARTH ~ Pyro/Gemini/Effect

This monster is treated as a FIRE-Attribute Rock-Type Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect:

● When this monster is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon two “Assault Knight” monsters with different names from your hand, and if you do, they gain 500 ATK.

During either player's Damage Step, when an “Assault Knight" monster you control is attacking or being attacked: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.

Assault Knight Beta

Level 4 ~ EARTH ~ Pyro/Gemini/Effect

This monster is treated as a FIRE-Attribute Rock-Type Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect:

● When this monster destroys an opponent’s monster by battle, you can add 2 Normal Monsters from your Graveyard to your hand.

During either player's Damage Step, when an “Assault Knight" monster you control is attacking or being attacked: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.

Assault Knight Gamma

Level 4 ~ EARTH ~ Pyro/Gemini/Effect

This monster is treated as a FIRE-Attribute Rock-Type Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect:

● “Assault Knight” monsters you control gain 400 ATK and DEF for every “Assault Knight” Effect Monster you control.

During either player's Damage Step, when an “Assault Knight" monster you control is attacking or being attacked: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.

Assault Knight Delta

Level 4 ~ EARTH ~ Pyro/Gemini/Tuner/Effect

This monster is treated as a Non-Tuner FIRE-Attribute Rock-Type Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect:

● Once per turn, you can Special Summon one Level 4 “Assault Knight” monster from your hand, and if you do, Normal Summon it as an Effect Monster, in addition to your Normal Summon or Set this turn.

During either player's Damage Step, when an “Assault Knight" monster you control is attacking or being attacked: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.

Level 8 ~ EARTH ~ Pyro/Gemini/Tuner/Effect

Cannot be Special Summoned. This monster is treated as a non-Tuner FIRE-Attribute Rock-Type Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect:

● Once per turn, during either player’s turn, you can target one face-up card your opponent controls: Negate that card’s effects until the next Standby Phase.

During either player's Damage Step, when an “Assault Knight" monster you control is attacking or being attacked: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.

2 Level 4 Gemini monsters

Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this monster: During your End Phase, if you discarded two or more“Assault Knight” monsters during your Battle Phase this turn, you can add up to two “Assault Knight” monsters with different names from each other from your graveyard to your hand.

Assault Knight Omega

Level 12 ~ EARTH ~ Pyro/Synchro/Effect

1 Non-Effect Tuner Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Effect Monsters

This monster’s ATK is equal to the number of Gemini Monsters in your Graveyard x 1000. Your opponent cannot attack Normal Monsters you control. When this monster leaves the field, special Summon up to three“Assault Knight” monsters with different names from your Graveyard.

Assault Knight Epsilon

Level 8 ~ EARTH ~ Pyro/Fusion/Effect

3 Gemini Effect Monsters on the field

Cannot be destroyed by card effects. While you control this face-up monster, Gemini Monsters you control are treated as Effect Monsters and gain their effects. Your opponent cannot attack Gemini monsters you control.
