My first card

[Pycotopia]

this is my first card i think it balance's out about right (note two of the required monsters are rituals)

if you can't read the effect here it is

"Wingweaver" + "Magician of Black Chaos" + "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion"

When this card destroys an opponents monster or attacks directly your opponent calls up the top five cards cards from their Deck. then chooses one at random they then flip a coin heads it is set on their side of the field (if no room is available it is added to their hand) tails it is removed from play. When this monster is killed all monsters on the field are destroyed and each player summons one random monster from the graveyard to the field excluding this card.

 

note i may reword the effect to shorten it and/or fix any OCG mistakes

When this card destroys an opponent's monster or attacks your opponent directly, your opponent must randomly select a card among the top 5 cards on his/her deck and flip a coin. If the result is heads, they must place the selected card face-down on their side of the field (If no room is available, they must add the card to their hand). If the result is tails, the card is removed from play. When this card is destroyed, destroy all monsters on the field and both players must randomly Special Summon 1 monster from their respective Graveyards to their sides of the field, excluding "Fairy of Chaotic Oblivion".

difficult to summon, but the effect? great. Although it puts a lot up to chance.

Thats why it has 'chaotic' in its name i guess lol.

The monsters used in the summoning are rarely used... except perhaps Ruin... (thats just me, perhaps other use Wingweaver and MoBC, perhaps Ruin is rarely used, meh) but if that card were real, who knows?

 

But, all in all, a good card.

you might want to rewrite the effect like this:

I like the card! :) haven't seen Wingweaver for a long time too.. but you should make the level like 10, lower the ATK to something about 2800 or 3000, and the DEF at around 2400 or 2600 (that is, if your effect's gonna be that strong...)

thanks for the re wright of the text i will use it but if i lower attack it will only be to 3500

because maneater bug, black hole, lighting vortex, sakusue armour, etc exist
