Must be Xyz Summoned using face-up Xyz Materials you control including 1 "CXyz" Xyz Monster and 1 "Utopia" Xyz Monster, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. (Xyz Materials attached to those monsters also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Cannot be used for a Summon. If this card has any Xyz Monsters as Xyz Material (Quick Effect): You can target 1 of those Xyz Materials on this card; until the End Phase, replace this effect with that target's effects, also detach that target. If any player's monster declares an attack, or if any player's monster is destroyed by battle: You can detach exactly 2 Xyz Materials from a face-up "Number" or "CXyz" Xyz Monster(s) you control, then target the attacking monster on the field or the destroyed monster in the GY; banish that target and as many other monsters face-up on the field and in any GY with the same word(s) in their names as that target's. You can only use each "Number 39: CXyz Barian Utopia" effect once per turn.

 

 

​I wanted to see what a cross between Number 39: Utopia and CXyz Barian Hope would look like. This is the ONLY Xyz Monster that does not list Xyz Materials at the top of the text box and it lists 2 different Materials needed. It can use the effect of any Xyz Monster attached to it, and it has Anti-Archetype effect. B4 anyone says anything, yes this card is broken and will probably never get made IRL.
