The Agent of Liberation - Neptune

DARK LINK-3

Markers: Left , Bottom Left, Bottom Right.

2200 ATK

2+ Fairy-type Monsters

During your Main Phase: You can target 3 Fairy-Type monsters in your Graveyard; Shuffle all 3 into the Deck, then draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "The Agent of Liberation - Neptune" once per turn. If "The Sanctuary in the Sky" would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect, you can destroy 1 monster this card points to instead.

(The idea here is to summon this card using "Mystic Shine Balls" from "The Agent of Creation - Venus", then this card resets them into the deck for another summon play. Because of the inherit weakness of playing the 3 vanillas, I think it's generally fair, but of course the effect is limited to once per turn to avoid loops. It also has some built-in protection for "The Sanctuary in the Sky" cards that are key to getting off the best effects of the Agents.)

Master Theia

LIGHT Level 8

Synchro

2700 ATK / 2100 DEF

1 "The Agent" Tuner Monster + 2 or more Fairy-Type non-Tuner monsters

During either player's turn, when a monster(s) would be Special Summoned, OR when a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s); You can banish 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard; Negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card. During the End Phase, if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field: You can banish 1 "The Agent" monster from your hand or Graveyard: Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This effect can only be used once while this card is in the Graveyard. You can only activate each effect of "Master Theia" once per turn.

(In Greek mythology, "Hyperion" and "Theia" are two Titans married to one another (they are actually siblings, believe it or not). Therefore, "Master Theia" shares the same stats as "Master Hyperion" and has similar summoning conditions, requiring an Agent for her Synchro Summon and Graveyard rival effect. Since Hyperion deals with cards already on the field, Theia helps prevent them by negating Special Summons, but not other kinds of summons so that decks that rely on Normal Summons aren't automatically beat. The Graveyard rival effect is to help mitigate the specific Synchro requirements that stop her from being splashed about. There's also text to prevent continual revival loops, even if she's negated in the Graveyard by e.g. Solemn Warning.

The Palace in the Clouds - Olympus

Field Spell

This card's name is always treated as "The Sanctuary in the Sky". Once per turn, if a Fairy-type monster(s) is sent from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard by a card effect or to activate its own effect: You can target 1 Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard; Add that target to your hand. During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 Fairy-Type monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

(My idea was to make a newer version of "The Sanctuary in the Sky" that can support a wide-range of Fairy decks. The first effect works well with "The Agent of Enthropy - Uranus", Ritual Fairy decks like Cyber Angels and Herald (though it's designed so that Herald of Perfection itself won't trigger the field spell and cause a loop), and it even supports Darklords, but not Artifacts because of how splashable they are. The second effect helps speed up decks like Agents that require another turn to summon Venus after searching it with Earth, or the ritual decks that may open with multiple Manju/Senju and require turns to summon them and search what's needed to perform a Ritual Summon.

Call of the Sky Battalion

Continuous Spell

When this card is activated: You can reveal 1 Fairy-Type monster in your hand or target a Fairy-Type monster you control: Add 1 Level 5 or lower Fairy-Type monster from the Deck to your hand whose level is lower than that monster. This card's name is treated as "The Sanctuary in the Sky" while face-up on the field. You can only activate 1 "Call of the Sky Battalion" per turn.

(A search card for Fairy-Types!? Yes, but it's totally balanced, I think. It can be stopped by all the cards "Fire Formation - Tenki" can be stopped by and this card actually requires itself and another card in order to search unlike ROTA which requires just itself. Not only that, but it also requires a high Level Fairy in order to search Level 4+ Fairy-Type monsters so it's not an instant "I can search Bountiful Artemis!" card and it supports mainly high Level Fairy decks like Darklords rather than low/mono Level decks like Counter Fairies. In exchange, it allows the user to search the more powerful Fairy-Type monster pool, but since the usage is so restricted compared to it's counter-parts and is anti-splashable, the user can also search Level 5 Fairy-Types as well. It's treated as "The Sanctuary in the Sky" in order to help out decks that require it and also to justify it being a continuous Spell.

Critique and suggestion is welcomed with open arms. I'm also thinking of making 3 more Agents (Sun, Moon and Dawn - the 3 offspring of the "Master" Agents in mythology), so suggestions there are also welcomed, and maybe help on a "Harmonic Convergence" support card for Agents too.
