Well it goes like this

Hyper music:This card is used to Summon 1 "Android" monster from your Deck or Hand, you must also remove from play two Android-Type monster from your side of the Field or your Hand. Pay Half your Life Points to Increase the ATK and DEF of the monster by 500 for each Quick-Play Spell Card removed from play. This card is removed from play when it's resolved.

#2: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Hyper Musical". While this card is Face-up on the Field you, once per turn you may activate the following effect

● Your opponent cannot select a monster to attack except this card. If you use this effect you must pay 1000 Life Points.

Hyper Music:

This card is used to Summon 1 "Android" monster you must also offer two Android-Type monster from your side of the Field or your Hand. Pay Half of your Life Points to Increase the ATK and DEF of the monster by 500 for each Quick-Play Spell Card.

"This card is used to Summon 1 "Android" monster..."

from where? you need to specify. and it should be "Special Summon".

"Pay Half of your Life Points to Increase the ATK and DEF of the monster by 500 for each Quick-Play Spell Card."

should be...

"Pay half your Life Points to increase the ATK and DEF of the Special Summoned monster by 500 points for each Quick-Play Spell Card in your Graveyard..."

after that' date=' you should specify how long the ATK and DEF increase will stay in effect.

#2: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Hyper Musical". While this card is Face-up on the Field you, once per turn you may activate the following effect

● Your opponent cannot select a monster to attack except this card. If you use this effect you must pay 1000 of your Life Points.

corrections:

"While this card is face-up on your side of the field..."

"Pay 1000 Life Points at the Start Step of your opponent's Battle Phase. If you do, your opponent cannot select a monster on your side of the field as an attack target except this card."

okay, then...

"Declare the activation of this effect during the Start Step of your opponent's Battle Phase. If you do, your opponent cannot select a monster on your side of the field as an attack target other than this card. During the End Phase of the turn that you activated this effect, you take 1000 points of Direct Damage."

actually, mine is simpler and easier to understand. and it's correct ocg.

you can't pay a cost of an effect after you activate the effect if said effect requires a cost. that's not how it's done. and that's why i added the last part. and cuz u said...

"No it's not what i mean if you use this effect you must pay 1000 life points at the end of the turn."

that's my advice. advice that you asked for.

still, it's your card. the final say lies with you.
