Requires 3 Level 8 and/or 10 Effect Monster Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set), except any Ritual, Synchro, or Pendulum Monsters. Cannot be Special Summoned except with its own effect. You can Special Summon this card (from your Deck) by Tributing 3 Level 8 and/or 10 Effect Monsters from your hand and/or face-up under your control, except Ritual, Synchro, or Pendulum Monsters. Cannot be targeted for attacks, also is unaffected by your opponent's activated Spell/Trap Cards or effects on the field. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 Level 8 or 10 Effect Monster from your hand, face-up on your field, or your GY, except a Ritual, Synchro, or Pendulum Monster; this card gains that banished monster's original effect(s) while face-up on the field, but you cannot Normal Summon/Set monsters, or Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect. You can only control 1 face-up "The Legendary Planetary Gear".
 
 
A new Boss Monster for the Legendary Planets http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Legendary_Planet. This card needs 3 Level 8 or 10 Effect Monsters for its Summoning conditions (either by Normal Summon or its own effect), however you can then use any of those monsters or any other Level 8 or 10 Effect Monster in your GY to stack effects on to this card, you just have to banish those monsters but you will also give up your Normal Summon and you can't Special Summon anything that turn. It can't be attacked and any Spell or Trap or Spell/Trap effect your opponent activates on the field won't do anything to this card, its just that Breakthrough Skill in the GY can mess with this card as well as any monster effect so be aware. One of the best Decks for this cards is Trains, as they have many Level 10 Machine Effect Monsters this card can use for its Summoning and its effect, you could also do a straight-up Legendary Planet Deck or hey, maybe even an Egyptian God Card Deck as this card could literally become a combination of Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra.
