Effect:

At the start of the Battle Phase, each player rolls a six-sided die and applies the result:
● 1: All of your monsters lose 1000 ATK until the end of the Battle Phase.
● 2: All of your monsters double their DEF.
● 3: If there are exactly 3 monsters on your side of the field, destroy them all and end the turn player's Battle Phase. (Otherwise there is no effect.)
● 4: Negate the effect of your opponent's roll.
● 5: All of your monsters lose half their ATK until the end of the Battle Phase.
● 6: All of your monsters double their ATK until the end of the Battle Phase.
If either player controls no monsters, destroy this card.
