Name: Terminus-Higher MindLevel 3, DARK PsychicATK1000, DEF1900Effect: When your opponent Special Summons a monster; you can Special Summon this card from your hand. While you control this face-up card; each turn, your opponent can only Special Summon up to the number of times you Special Summoned after Summoning this card. xale Posted July 25, 2017 Report Share Posted July 25, 2017 Pendulum summoning will make this card not as good, but it will be good in a rank 3 xyz summoning deck.This will also counter pretty much every pendulum summoning deck.Also, if you want this card's effect to stay on the field, you'd better bump it's stats to something like 2600 DEF.
