If this card is Xyz Summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as any of its materials: You can make this card lose ATK in multiples of 1000, and if you do; inflict damage to your opponent equal to half that lost ATK, also all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to that damage. Once per either player's Battle Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card, then make this card gain 1000 ATK, and if you do; until the end of the Battle Phase, banish 1 monster your opponent controls whose ATK is less than this card's ATK, and if that banished monster's Level/Rank, or Link Rating is equal to or less than this card's Rank, this card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase this turn.
 
 

4 Level 9 monsters
Must be Xyz Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can also Xyz Summon this card by using 2 face-up LIGHT Dragon Xyz Monsters you control as the materials (Materials attached to those monsters also become materials on this card.) Cannot be used as material for an Xyz Summon. If this card is Xyz Summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Swordwielder Dragon" as any of its materials: You can make this card's ATK become 0, then halve your opponent's LP. While this card has "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as any of its materials, this card can make a number of attacks on your opponent's monsters during each Battle Phase up to the materials attached to this card. During the Battle Step, if card battles an opponent's monster whose Level/Rank, or Link Rating is equal to or less than this card's Rank (Quick Effect): You can detach 2 materials from this card; for the rest of this turn, this card's ATK becomes its original ATK and halve that opponent's monster's ATK, also those monsters are unaffected by other cards/effects that change ATK.
 
 
Yeah you're seeing this, Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon can use a sword now, and they give a new strategy to Galaxy-Eyes Decks; slash and burn. The idea is this, Xyz Summon Swordwielder and hit your opponent with up to 2000 damage and make their monsters lose that amount of ATK as long as you use the OG Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon for the Xyz Summon. Later, you can detach an Xyz Material to have it gain 1000 ATK and banish an opponent's monster with less ATK than Swordwielder and on top of that if you banish a monster with an equal or less Level, Rank, or Link Rating than Swordwielder, it can attack up to twice that turn on your opponent's monsters. Also, you don't need Photon Dragon you can just be a D!ck and boost it to up to 7000 with its own effect, banish a monster, then attack 2 other monsters.

 

Grand Swordmaster is a total evolution of Swordwielder in that you can Xyz Summon it using EXACTLY 2 LIGHT Dragon Xyz Monsters, but if one of them IS Swordwielder then you can drop its ATK to 0 and then cut your opponent's LP in half. Just like Swordwielder (but not the same) if this card has Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon it can make a number of attacks on your opponent's monsters up to its Xyz Materials, but it can only attack your opponent directly once without outside support. Any number of times during any Battle Phase, if this card is battling an opponent's monster with the same or less Level, Rank, or Link Rating than this card: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card to basically reset this card's ATK and to halve the ATK of the monster it battles, oh and if your opponent tries anything cute to lower this card's ATK or to boost their monster's ATK, this card make sure nobody can do anything involving changing a monster's ATK, this includes gaining, losing, or outright changing ATK without loss or gain and this applies to effects to change BOTH ATK and DEF.
