Junk Raver
^_^ Welcome to the 4th and Final Sticky for this section. As most of you are aware, this is the Card Concept Thread. You see, with card creations can come new concepts to the game / design of the cards, and this is where you can show what new concepts you have come up with, and what people can and cannot use for their cards. Now; For the example of how the thread will be set out and what I mean by card concepts, look at mine in the actual Card Concept Bit. Now when you apply to add card concepts to the thread you need to provide the following information; - Your YCMaker username - A card concept you have made that no-one else made before you, and 1 card for that concept, also a small description would be handy - A note about permission Now, everything will be set out into spoilers, so your going to have to do it all yourself ready to be added to post 1, so if you do not know how to do spoilers please find and read a tutorial or copy my card concept thing and work it out from there. The Card Concepts Moderators

These are my cards that have the sub-type Rotator. They are similar to the Arcana Force cards, but different in that they are actually placed in different positions on the field depending on the coin flip and have the same effect no matter what. The interesting thing is that the person that gains the effect changes depending on the card's position.
Their effects may seem confusing, so let me explain. "Right-side up" refers to the normal position of a face-up attack position monster (as shown above). "Upside-down" refers to rotating the card 180 degrees so it looks like this: and is upside-down to you (but right-side up to your opponent). When they say "the player that this card is right-side up for", it means you (if it's in the normal position) or your opponent (if it's in the upside-down position). Basically, whoever can read the text normally can use the effect.

A new type of Spell Card that I invented. I even made a new symbol to go on the Spell Cards. They require special monsters with the Force sub-type (which are in the next spoiler) or other spell/trap cards in order to be activated.
Now, the rules of Push Spells are as follows: 1. If you have a Push Card in your hand you cannot just activate it. 2. Push Cards can only be activated by the effects of Force-Type monsters (another new type of card that I made), or by the effects of other Spells and Traps. 3. Since they have this activation restriction, their effects are more powerful to make up for it.

Force monsters are a new sub-type of monster that I made. They are special because they have effects that let you activate Push Spells.

These are my Spell/Trap cards that have 2 types. When you activate the card, you pick 1 type or the other and activate the appropriate effect. These give you the flexibility of similar, yet different effects to choose from in order to make the best of every situation.
Permissions (for Dual Type S/T Cards): You may use this idea freely. All I ask is that you credit me with the original idea. Permissions (for Rotators and Force monsters): You may only create cards with these ideas if you credit me and show the cards to me before posting them on the forum. This may seem strict, but I'm very concerned that my ideas might be taken by noobs and utterly ruined. Permissions (for Push Spells): I own the rights to the new symbol on the Push Spells, and thus will not allow anyone else to put them on their cards. If you wish to make Push Spells, please PM me your card(s) with a Continuous symbol on them, and I will edit the Push Symbol onto the card(s) for you if I approve of the card(s).

I created this idea in December 07 under the Subtype of Duo, which became Dual in January 08. They consist of 2 cards merged into 1. Half Spell Half Monster. Permission: I allow anyone to use the card merger idea but not to use the Subtype of Dual / Duo with the card mergers.

Artist Credit: Crovirus http://crovirus.deviantart.com/
Virtual Monsters Sub-Type = Virtual Summon = Virtual Summon Virtual Monsters have a unique ability to make themselves virtual, in the sense you can see them, but they are not really there. You Normal / Flip / Special Summon them to start with, then while on the field during any turn after of which its been Summoned, you can Virtual Summon it to make it become Virtual. Instead of ATK / DEF position, when you Virtual Summon your monster it is in Virtual Position. To tell if it is in Virtual Position you place a special ‘Virtual Position Counter’ on the card, which counter can only be removed from the card by re-summoning it. While in Virtual Position, it cannot attack and it cannot be attacked, but it gains an effect. In order to allow it to attack and be attacked you have to Normal Summon it during the following turn. If all the monsters on your field are in Virtual Position, your opponent can attack your Life Points directly, so it’s best not to put them all in Virtual Position at once. There are also a few Spell Cards that allow you to Normal and Virtual Summon earlier and also let you attack or be attacked while in the Virtual Position. A Virtual Summon can only be conducted in Main Phase 1. Disadvantages to being in Virtual Mode 1. You cannot attack with the monster. 2. It takes a turn in order to Normal Summon it for attacking purposes. 3. If all your monsters are Virtual, then your opponent can attack directly. Advantages to being in Virtual Mode 1. Your monster cannot be attacked. 2. Your monster gains an effect. 3. After you summon it again, the following turn you can re-Virtual Summon it to allow its effect to activate again in most cases. Now here’s just a summary of Rule for Virtual Monsters; Virtual Monster Rules - Can only be Virtual Summoned in Main Phase 1. - Can only be Virtual Summoned the turn after it is Normal Summoned / Summoned. - Cannot attack or be attacked while in Virtual Position. - If all monsters on your field are in Virtual Position, your opponent can attack directly. - Can still be destroyed by Card effects while in Virtual Position. Basic OCG overview This is how the OCG looks like for a Virtual Monster. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Virtual Summon it to change this card to Virtual Position. While this card is in Virtual Position, during your opponent’s Standby Phase inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each card in his/her hand. You can Normal Summon this card after 1 turn has passed while in Virtual Position. Note that the OCG does not state that it cannot be attacked / attack; This is because it is an overall general rule for the Virtual Monsters, much like why you don’t see stated on Fusion monsters that you must use Polymerization to fuse monsters on a card like ‘Blue-Eyes ultimate’, or that Level 6 monsters requires 1 tribute in general cases to be Summoned.
Permission: I allow people to create similar ideas but as long as it does not look obvious that its been taken from these, ie. Creating monsters with a subtype and can change to a new position and cannot attack while in that position etc.etc.

I have made these since December 07. They involve your opponent making a 50/50 choice mainly regarding Deck Destruction. Permission: If you use this initial idea I want credit for it.
That is all For Now, will update in due course >> Dj Osiris <<
MembersMembers

This is basically like Fusion Summon, except it is for Spell Cards, and it is called "Alchemy" coz it sounds cool... -Some rules about Alchemy Spells, they don't get to sent to Graveyard when they get destroyed or removed from the field, but instead, they return to the Extra Deck. -These Alchemy Spells are placed in your Extra Deck. -They usually have an effect goes like "This card is also treated as blah blah blah(continuous,equip,quick..etc) Spell. these card must be played like the declared type. -They cost life points to "Spell Alchemy Produce". (some monsters allow you to produce them without paying life points) - usually continuous and equip go together because they stay on the field for more than 1 turn. while the quick, counter and normal spells go together for amplified effects and/or combine effects. - Alchemy Spell has a new command call "Spell Alchemy", once u call/activate it, you must send all list "Spell Alchemy Materials" to your graveyard, and pay the appropriate amount of life point. then add the Spell to your hand. *Use the concept as u like, you don't have to credit me. but u must create ur own set of rules* ============================================== -some other related ideas:(do not need to credit me.. i haven't got in depth in developing these ideas, i might in the future) Chain Reaction Effect Amplification Spell Type Transmutation

"Fairy Meteor Crush" + "Level Limit - Area B" + "Meteor of Destruction" + any number of "Sparks" This card can only be Spell Alchemy Produced from your Extra Deck by sending the above Spell Alchemy Materials to your Graveyard and paying Life Points equal to 300 x the number of Spell Alchemy Materials used. This card is also treated as an Equip Spell Card. Increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 100 x the number of "Sparks" used as Spell Alchemy Materials. Once per turn during your Battle Phase, you can selected 1 monster your opponent controls and change it to Defense Position. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove all listed Spell Alchemy Materials in your Graveyard from play instead. When this card is removed from the field and your opponent's Life Points are higher than 2500, inflict damage equal to 800 + 300 x the number of "Sparks" in your Graveyard to your opponent. ============================================== "Wave-Motion Cannon" + "Magical Blast" + "Mass Driver" This card can only be Spell Alchemy Produced from your Extra Deck by sending the above Spell Alchemy Materials to your Graveyard and paying 900 Life Points. This card is also treated as an Continuous Spell Card. During each of your Standby Phases, put 1 Spell Counter on this card. Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can Release 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control to put 2 Spell Counters on this card. Each time a monster you control is destroyed by your opponent's monster, remove 1 Spell Counter from this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card instead. If you have 2 or more Spellcaster-Type monsters on your field, you can send this card to your Extra Deck during your Main Phase. Inflict Direct Damage to your opponent equal to the number of Spell Counters on this card x the number of Spellcaster-Type monsters on your field x 200. ============================================== both image are my own custom images

All cards are Light attribute monsters. They all have two effects. One:They are Treated as Dark monsters. Two:They must be Special Summoned to opponent's field. if a spell/trap card is played that aligns with Light or Dark chose one of the Atributes;theatribute chosen will remain that atribute till the card is sent off the field.(EX:Opponent activates "Light imprisoning mirror" so you choose DARK atribute,so it will remain DARK till "Light Imprisoning Mirror" is sent off of the field.)The same goes for Monster effects.

I expect to be credited when you use the type of cards

1. Magic and trap Cards does not need to have the same set ID as the monster cards 4. The only exception to rule #2 are cards with an archtype of "Elemental Wolf." The Memory monsters has no Attribute or Type. When you summons a Memory monster, you may treat the Monster Card Zone they are in as Memory Zones. They return to normal when the monster on them are destroyed. If all the monsters on your side of the field are in Memory Zones, your opponent can attack your life points directly. Any monster in a Memory Zone is unaffected by your opponent's monster, spell and trap effects. Permission: Anyone wanting to permit a Memory monster, will have to PM me for a special permission. Vacant monsters cannot attack, unless they have an ATK and DEF from your opponent's monster. Vacant monsters remain are never treated as being in Attack Position or Defense Position, they are on the field in a Vacant Position. Cards like Hammer Shot would not destroy Vacant monsters. Vacant monsters cannot be equipped with any cards. Vacant monsters can be destroyed by Spell Cards or Trap Cards. Vacant monsters cannot be destroyed by monster effects. The ATK and DEF of Vacant monsters cannot be increased or decreased. They have no ATK or DEF. These type of monsters have a sort of black background (which i have tried to replicate) and are called Ally monsters. The way they work is simple: they stack on top of each other. most of them gain the effects of cards underneath it, like this one, but others i have yet to make have effects that gain ATK points to all the other 'stacked' monsters beneath it. A Stack is a monster card zone with one or more Ally monsters in it, so a Stack can have one monster in it if the one monster is an Ally monster. to clarify what they do: only the monster on top can attack, and all monsters change battle positions to what the monster on top is currently doing. when the top monster is destroyed do to battle, the other monsters stick around for a while. just until they are attacked and destroyed. the top monster must be attacked first!! if an effect activates that destroys all monsters, all monsters in the Stack are destroyed as well. A card can be stacked like a normal summon, and it takes your normal summon for the turn. Instead of placing it in its own monster card spot you place it on top of one of your own. or you can place it in an empty monster card spot if you want, but they wont get their effect that way in most cases. if you have any more questions or comments, please ask or tell. i should hope to make more. Then you may add them to your hand after a certain effect has been activated, a monster has been destroyed, etc. You can only add 1 to your hand and Breaker Place once per turn. Breaker Monsters cannot be Summoned, but Breaker Placed. Breaker Placing is similar to Special Summoning, but by certain conditions. I'm going to also make different varieties of Breaker monsters, like ones that will be sent to the Graveyard instead of your hand, and you have to Breaker Place them from your Graveyard.

Chimera Monsters are Monsters that are more than one type. Guest
Alright, here goes nothing :D

These are my cards that have the sub-type Rotator. They are similar to the Arcana Force cards, but different in that they are actually placed in different positions on the field depending on the coin flip and have the same effect no matter what. The interesting thing is that the person that gains the effect changes depending on the card's position.
Their effects may seem confusing, so let me explain. "Right-side up" refers to the normal position of a face-up attack position monster (as shown above). "Upside-down" refers to rotating the card 180 degrees so it looks like this:and is upside-down to you (but right-side up to your opponent).
Now, the rules of Push Spells are as follows:1. If you have a Push Card in your hand you cannot just activate it.2. Push Cards can only be activated by the effects of Force-Type monsters (another new type of card that I made), or by the effects of other Spells and Traps.3.
P.S. I added my ideas to the first thread :D. If any of those don't count as concepts, feel free to edit them out Dj.
bury the year
I guess my ideas are going to try to get on here. I only have 1 major "set" so far, but they'll be expanded on:
A Polyhydra resembles a Union monster, but they ain't! Multiple Polyhydras can go together into a single monster, hence the Hydra.
And, here's the big daddy! The Hydras can fuse into Conglomerate, who gets a massive power boost. Note that the fusion materials can be Polyhydra that are already equipped. (P.S.: I know Conglomerate has no art; I haven't gotten around to making it yet. :)
I don't mind people developing off of my ideas, as long as they give credit where credit is due. However, no abducting any pictures that I use on my Polyhydras! I drew them myself.
Kaitou Kid
http://faillace.deviantart.com/art/Workshop-54089308 A black sheep magic card is a black card.In order to activate a BSMC you need to fuse(Polymerization is the only card that will work) a Synchro and a magic card listed on the card. The then produced card will always be put in the feild spell slot thingy. So if there is a feild spell in play you cant activate these kind of cards Of course the effect will be of great use do to the fact that a syncrho is hard to summon.
You have 1000% of my permission to use this concept. All i want is credit.AND NO.I'm not sayin every black card is mine just this kind of black card. Huntar!
Here are my good idas. Anyone can use my others as they wish.

Speeder Cards are cards that can attack monsters on the field while in your hand. Battle and whatnot happens normally, but if they lose, or get destroyed by a Spell or Trap Card, they go to the Graveyard. They can also be targeted by card effects while in your hand. You must get my permission to use the type Speeder in your card. The idea may have been used before, if you have made cards like this before me, you may use your idea freely. You must also credit me as you use them.
Escape Monsters can return to your hand when attacked. They have possible Summoning conditions to allow you to Special Summon them with ease when returned to your hand. When they return to your hand, the attack is negated and the attacking monster cannot attack again unless an effect sais it can. You must also pay Life Points to retreat them back to your hand. These cards are free to use under my permission.
Equal monsters are monsters with = ATK and DEF. = counts as no digit. It is not a stat. They cannot attack or be attacked when they have = ATK and DEF. When attacked, they take the ATK and DEF of the attacking monster. They are ALL Fire and Water attribute. I hereby forbid anyone to make = monsters, as it is my personal idea. I would like it to stay that way.

The Ruby
God Splice

[1] Each of these monster's can be resummoned in a different position*Credit to Dj for idea...[2] When in this new form, the monster can fuse with another monster in the same position...kinda like contact fusion...[3] When all pieces have been combined...in this case 12...a new monster will be born...a Key card if you will...like finding the pieces for exodia...[4] 12? how can you get one monster from 12...when you can only summon up to 5?-Simple. Since there is an fusion form for each piece to form with another, the number of pieces needed goes down...[5] When in Puzzle Position, the monsters ATK is added to the Monster's Defense, and is changed to defense position[6] Making it no longer able to Attack
- I don't mind anyone using it but i do want credit... Enigma Zero

The system is quite simple. Spiritual Link Monsters are monsters that are a fairly strong monsters for their Level but they come with a catch. They must be "Linked" to a Spiritual Anchor Monster upon summoning. If the Spiritual Anchor Monster to which they are linked is destroyed...then so are they. It's your basic risk/reward system.
The theme behind the set is that they're all spirits and are all bound to this world by an set of chains. All of the artwork on this set is done by me.
At present I am working on creating a Starter Deck with this concept so I am not allowing these cards to be made by other people. This may change in the future but presently I'm the only one doing these cards. The only minor exception to this is that I won this contest so, as per the terms of the contest, Sythcaris is allowed to use my created works in his fanfic(once I get around to providing the proper information...I've been busy). sythcaris
Anyone May Use My Card Ideas As Long As They Credit Me And Pm Me So I May See Their Creations.
Eclipse Monsters Have Special Effects That They Can Only Activate While "Eclipse" Is On your Side Of The Field And While They Are Face-Down. Mighty Eclipse Warrior Link: http://images.elfwood.com/art/s/t/stephka/mummy.jpg You can flip this card into face-down Defense Position once per turn during your Main Phase. Once per turn, if "Eclipse" is in play, you may activate the following effect of this face-down card:- Any Battle Damage your opponent takes this turn is doubled. Eclipse When a monster is sent to the Graveyard, place it face-down in the Graveyard. Afterwards shuffle that Graveyard. No player may look at face-down cards in the Graveyard. During your Draw Phase, if there are 5 or more monster cards in your Graveyard with "Eclipse" in their names, you can add this card from your Deck to your hand. The Deck is then shuffled. You may only activate this effect once per turn.
Future Monsters Are Removed From Play When They Are Normal Summoned, And Then Return To Play In A Few Turns With A Special Effect. Neo Dark Magician Girl When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, remove it from play. Special Summon this monster during your 3rd Standby Phase after this card was Normal Summoned. When this card is Special Summoned, you may select and add 1 Spell card from your Deck to your hand. Your Deck is then shuffled. During the End Phase of your turn send the Spell card to the Graveyard. Neo Magic Return Special Summon 1 removed from play "Neo Dark Magician Girl". If there are no cards in your hand or on your side of the field other than "Neo Magic Return" and/or "Neo Dark Magician Girl", you may draw 2 cards from your Deck.
Here's how it works, there is a new type of Deck (like fusion) called a "Legend Deck". Legendary cards come in monster, spell, and trap cards. they are placed in your legend deck before the duel, and may only be played by specific card effects.(sorry dont have the text for these cards, theyre old)
These cards are based off of "Apparitions". All the "Apparition" monsters in the set can only be summoned when sent from your hand or deck to the graveyard and they can all attack players directly. Ijila Okuna http://www.kili-no-fansub.com/images/Afkareru2.jpg This card may only be Special Summoned when it is sent from your Hand or Deck to the Graveyard. This card cannot be attacked if there is another monster on your side of the field. This monster may attack your opponent's Life Points directly. When this cards inflicts damage to your opponent's Life Points, select 1 card from your opponent's Deck and send it to the Graveyard. Your opponent's Deck is then shuffled. Fading Apparition http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r76/AnimePrincess190/ghost3.jpg Destroy 1 Apparition monster on your side of the field. During your next Standby Phase remove that monster from play. During your second Standby Phase after this cards activation place that card in your Side Deck and select 1 card from your Side Deck and add it to your hand. During your third Standby Phase after this cards activation if a card added to your Hand by this cards effect exists in your Hand send it to the Graveyard. God GAK
My game-changing sets:

The extra zone is a new zone i decided to add to the game. Zoner monsters, the new type of monsters i created, can be normal summoned to the Extra zone when the "Extra Zone" card is on the field. The Extra Zone consists of 5 zones. When zoner monsters are summoned to the extra zone their hidden special abilities get evoked:

The hand summon is a new tactic which includes treating monsters are on the field while they stay in the hand. For example you have a monster that can be hand summoned. You say that you Hand Summon it and you have it treated as if as it was on the field but still counts in the hand count limit. Monsters which are hand summoned activate their special abilities when hand summoned. To hand summon a monster it must agree to a hand limit requirement. When a monster is hand summoned you cannot conduct your normal Normal Summoning this turn. Phew! Those were all my sets!
You can use all those ideas freely, just DO NOT claim that they are your own.

Kale

These monsters stack on top of each other, and it is counted as a normal summon in most cases. Then the monsters gain their effects, like the one below. Read the exact rules in the next spoiler below this one. http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/showthread.php?tid=38852&page=1 not to be mean, but i reserve the right to make this type of card, but others can make this styple if they give credit to me. thanks.
i thought of a new set of rules, sort of like how the new synchro monsters are. Instead of placing it in its own monster card spot you place it on top of one of your own. or you can place it in an empty monster card spot if you want, but they wont get their effect that way in most cases. if you have any more questions or comments, please ask or tell. i should hope to make more. is this what im supposed to do to "patent" my type of card?
This is my new subtype "Chimera". A "Chimera" is a monster made up of a bunch of other monster, so my "Chmera" cards are monsters that take on different effects and sometimes stats of other monsters when they are summoned. Bloodrun
Here is my Card Idea

Rulings for all Vacant Monsters: Vacant monsters cannot be attacked, unless they have an ATK and DEF, from your opponent's monster. If the only monsters a player controls are Vacant monsters, that player's opponent(s) can attack that player's Life Points directly. The Level of Vacant monsters is always treated as 1 and cannot be changed. Vacant monsters, were originally designed, to be something to "help" YCM.But as it grew, it is now, an actual new set idea. The rulings basically explain everything about Vacant monsters. If you have any further questions about them, you can pm me.
I give permission to anyone to use these. If you follow the Rulings, EXACTLY!. Your thread should include a sentence, in some form like this:"I have been given permission to produce a "Vacant" monster of my own." lol, im not trying to be mean, just safe ^_^
Pink
Anyone may use these cards but i must be credited, and clearly. For examplen when you post my cards you need to put a sentence above stating that it was my idea.
Esper Monster Cards can be special summoned to the field and if they are they gain a special effect. But to gain the effect you must pay a price listed in the 4 types of espers. The 4 types Espers monsters come in are, 1: Those that return your Monsters from the field to your hand (Zerafucia), 2: Those that negate and destroy your spell cards (Serendreya), 3:Those that negate and destroy your traps (Terisias), And 4: Those that destroy any combination of your spell or traps, and or also return monsters from your field to your hand. Zerafucia Select one attacking monster on your side of the field. Negate the attack of that monster and return it to your hand. Special Summon this monster from your hand to the field, this monster may not attack this turn. When you Special Summon this monster in this way inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each card in your hand. Serendreya Select 1 Face Up Normal Spell card on your side of the field. Negate the effect of that Spell card and destroy it. Special Summon this monster from your hand to the field. When you Special Summon this monster in this way Negate the effects of spell cards that target this monster and destroy them. Terisias Select 1 Face Up Normal Trap card on your side of the field. Negate the effect of that Trap card and destroy it. Special Summon this monster from your hand to the field. When you Special Summon this monster in this way destroy 1 card on the field. Evaladon Select 1 Face Up Monster, Spell, and Trap card on your side of the field. Return those cards to your hand. Special Summon this monster from your hand to the field. When you Special Summon this monster in this way, every time a monster you control is returned from the field to your hand increase the original ATK and DEF of this card by 500. This monster is not destroyed as a result of battle until your 2nd Standby Phase after this monster is Special Summoned.
There Aren't Actually Esper Spell Cards so much as supportive spells and traps, but Esper Spells And Traps tend to have effects that activate if the card is negated since some espers negate the effects of spell and trap cards to be special summoned. Vile Concoction Remove from play up to 3 monsters in your opponent's Graveyard. If the effect of this card is negated you may remove from play up to 3 monsters in your graveyard to Inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each card in your graveyard removed from play by this cards effect. Esper Chains Select 1 face-up monster on opponent's side of the field. Decrease the ATK of the selected monster by 700 points. If the effect of this card is negated your opponent draws 3 cards. Both players look at the cards. If there are any Spell Cards among them, discard all those Spell Card(s) to the Graveyard.
