*New Mecha Light Harvester* [Literally my first card in probably 5 years.]

I seriously haven't made a card in maybe 4 or 5 years. I thought it'd be fun to have a whack at it again. I lurk around the Music forum, so I'm totally out of the loop with the current meta, so I apologize if it sucks balls.

**Effect**

When this card is Summoned: during each of your turns this card is face-up, skip your Draw Phase and discard 1 card during your Main Phase 2. If you have no cards in your hand, banish this card. This card cannot return to your Deck, Hand, or Graveyard if it was banished by this effect. If you control no other LIGHT Monsters, you can Special Summon up to 3 Level 4 or lower LIGHT Monsters with 1500 ATK or less from your Deck in face-up Attack Position. This effect can only be used once per duel. Monsters Special Summoned by this effect must declare an attack during each of your Battle Phases and cannot be banished or change battle position. Once per turn, can tribute 1 Special Summoned Monster you control: and if you do, draw 2 cards.
