During your opponent's turn: Destroy as many face-up monsters under your control as possible, then destroy the same number of cards your opponent controls; inflict 500 damage to each player for each monster destroyed by this effect, also any destroyed monster sent to your opponent's GY is banished instead. You can only activate 1 "Ring of Catastrophe" per turn.
 
 
 
How about a different version of a classic Trap Card used by Seto Kaiba. The OG "Ring of Destruction" let you destroy an opponent's monster so you would take damage equal to its ATK and inflict the same damage to your opponent, this card works a little bit differently. Instead of just destroying monsters, you can first destroy your monsters, then destroy ANY CARDS your opponent controls equal to the number of your destroyed monsters, and just for kicks any monster destroyed this way that would go to your opponent's GY instead. This card can potentially do far more burn damage then Ring of Destruction as it has can destroy a total of 12 cards on the field (btw, you must destroy all your face-up monsters that can be destroyed there is no exceptions), and if all those cards are monsters this means each player takes a devastating 6000 damage, you can mitigate this by destroying your monsters when you have only a few and possibly destroying your opponent's Spells/Traps and not just monsters. This card would work best in a Chain Burn Deck, as it can help out in just about any OTK scenario you can come up with, just so long as you're willing to get rid of your own monsters. Other Decks like Subterror or dare I say, Ghostrick, can actually make this card tricky to play around as they can keep some of their best monsters in face-down Defense Position while leaving other less desirables face-up, letting you control the number of cards you destroy and how much damage each player takes (Crawlers SUCK).
