Fukato
DARK Level 1 Cyberse Tuner0/0Effect: During your Main Phase: You can target 1 Link Monster you control; you can make it gain Levels up to the number of Main Monster Zone it points to. If a Synchro Monster is Synchro Summoned using a Link Monster: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 Link Monster with a Link equal to or lower than the Link Monster used from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You can only use each effects of "Re-Link Charger" once per turn. Allows for Synchro plays using Link Monsters as some low Levels Synchro Materials. Also it can Summon some Link Monsters with Links that is like the one used to Synchro Summon, ignoring Summoning conditions, perhaps to extend your plays or build more Link fodder. Nekomata
I'd love to see Links being used for a Synchro Summon. But the fact that they don't have a Level, doesn't mean their Level is 0.So that would be a new mechanic, but we've already seen XYZ monsters turned into "regular" monsters with a Level (see Xiangke Magician). I think it would work, though, someone could make some Synchros that require a "non-tuner Link monster" (but they couldn't be more than Level 3/4). Also, there's a problem with the second effect: if I have only a Re-Link Charger, and a Link monster (let's use Spider), I could use the tuner's effect to Summon Formula Synchro; that would go into the Extra Monster Zone. But then I wouldn't be able to use Re-Link's effect, because a monster that is Summoned from the Extra Deck always goes into the Extra Monster Zone, but since the Synchro is a Synchro and not a Link, there won't be free EMZs. So, you could use Re-Link's second effect only if you have at least 2 Links, one in the EMZ and another in the MMZ to be used as Synchro material. Cool idea, btw.
