Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck, GY, or if banished. If a card/effect is activated that adds any cards to either player's hand(s) from anywhere else when it resolves including drawing cards (except during the Damage Step), if this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card, and if you do; negate that effect. If Special Summoned from the hand with a card effect, gains 100 ATK for each card in each player's hands, also neither player can Special Summon Level 5 or higher monsters from the hand.

*THIS A REDUX OF AN EARLIER POST, ITS EFFECT HAS BEEN CHANGED*

An overall Anti-Meta card designed to be splashed into any Deck, because we need more cards that'll cost about $300 on eBay (we really don't). As her effect suggests, if either player activates any card that adds cards to the hand and you also negate that effect, meaning from the Main Deck, the GY, from your banished cards, or even by drawing cards but only if that happens WHEN the effect resolves so if an effect lets you draw a card then do something else doesn't count, and no this also does no apply to cards being returned to the hand from the field. If this card is Special Summoned by a card effect (considering her Summoning restrictions the easiest is to use her own effect or something else that Special Summons from the hand), then for as long as she's on the field, she gains a Slifer the Sky Dragon effect, but for both hands at 100 ATK per card, also neither player can Special Summon any Level 5 or higher monster from the hand, so Kaiju's can eat it (oh and forget Pot of Desires ever existed). This card is meant to be a more aggressive version of Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, stopping any player from adding cards to the hand and preventing big monsters from being Special Summoned from the hand all the while getting an ATK boost based on the number of cards in each player's hand and is certain cases, an easy out to what your opponent tries to do.
