Fukato
LIGHT Fairy Level 72100/2100Effect: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by tributing 1 "Arcana Force" monster you control. You can only Special Summon 1 "Arcana Force XX EX - Aeon" this way. (Quick Effect): You can toss a coin.·Heads: Excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, then if an "Arcana Force" monster is among them, target 1 "Arcana Force" monster in your GY; gains 1 of its effects that has a coin toss result. Then send the excavated cards to the GY.·Tails: Draw 1 card, and if it is an "Arcana Force" monster, Special Summon it.You can only use this effect of "Arcana Force XX EX - Aeon" once per turn. Nekomata
Just for flavour, Arcana Force EX aren't exactly based on Tarots, and so far there are only 2 of them with 4k ATK and DEF that require 3 monsters to be Special Summoned, so I guess you're kinda breaking the Arcana EX rule. There may be an entire new set of Arcana Force monsters, though: "Arcana Force [insert Roman number here] EX - [something else]". Eh, this might be an idea. The card itself doesn't look like a pure Arcana, because its coin toss is a Quick Effect and not when Summoned. Also, it Special Summons itself easily. Yeah, now I want to see the entire Arcana Force EX Archetype with Quick coin toss Effects.Another thing that tells me this isn't an Arcana is that it doesn't have a real drawback effect, even though the Heads effect could beA) useless, if you don't excavate an ArcanaB) useless, if you don't excavate an Arcana with an effect you can pull off (The World if you don't have monsters to Tribute, or something like that)But if we consider the new Arcana stuff we're making recently like existing cards, you'll be able to get some good effects. The Tails effect is overpowered amazing, because it's a free draw, Quick Effect, so that's a +1 if you activate it before your opponent destroys that during their turn; and if it's an Arcana, you get to Summon it, which is something old Arcana Forces like (no one wants to Tribute Summon). I think it should be balanced more, because it doesn't have any drawback at all (except in the Heads case, but I've already explained that, and in a pure Arcana Deck, it shouldn't be a problem). If it were a monster you had to Tribute Summon it would be more fair, I guess.
