This a new Kaiju support card, I thing it might make kaiju an actual threat as a pure deck if it were real. Could it be meta revelant ?

Cannot be normal summoned or set. Must be special summoned by removing 3 Kaiju counters from anywhere on the field while your opponent controls a Kaiju monster. Cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card is summoned, you can place 1 Kaiju counter on one face up spell or trap card on the field. Once per turn, you can remove one Kaiju counter from anywhere on the field, destroy one card on the field. If this card were to leave the field, you can shuffle it into the deck instead, and if you do, you can remove 3 Kaiju counters from anywhere on the field, and if you do, special summon 1 Kaiju counters, special summon 1 Kaiju monster from your deck, ignoring its summoning conditions.
