Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon

Ok so here's the original: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Red-Eyes_Zombie_Dragon

But I thought this might be pretty cool... I haven't seen anything like this done before so I thought why not:

Red-EyesZombieDragon.jpg

Effect:

"Red-Eyes Black Dragon" + "Monster Reborn"

This card can only be Special Summoned in the same turn a "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" is Special Summon from the Graveyard with the effect of "Monster Reborn". Remove both of those cards from play in order to Special Summon this card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a Dragon or Zombie-Type monster, (Battle Damage is calculated normally). When this card is destroyed, remove it from play.

So... what do ya think?

*shrugs*

The way I see it is that Red-Eyes is way too cool to be in some lame a** Zombie Deck, so why not create this kinda fusion.

But yeah I thought most of ya wouldn't have like it lol most of you only like ya own :P

Anyways cheers to the guys who see the different side of it!

Red-Eyes Black Dragon sucks. Zombies are better. If you can't tell this, play better. And the real Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon will become a Zombie deck staple, whereas your card would never be used by anyone.

Also, the two Metal versions of Red-Eyes Black Dragon are way better than the original too. REDD sucks on the same level as REBD and REBC, since all three are horrible.

I like the monster, but I don't like the summoning method. Using spells as fusion material gets messy when you start to consider cards such as De-Fusion. For this reason I think fusion materials should be monsters, and only monsters.

However, I wouldn't see a problem with something along the lines of being able to special summon it from your hand or graveyard when you successfully special summon a Red-Eyes with the effect of Monster Reborn - but as an ordinary "cannot be normal summoned" effect monster, not a fusion. Because of the awkward summoning conditions this would create, I reckon you could even afford to power up it's ATK and DEF as a pay-off, but only a little.

Wow... sorry... I thought it'd be a bit different having a fusion between a monster and a spell/even a trap card seeing as the only fusions monsters that are between them are ones involving the legendary dragons, (hermos, critias and timaeus), which aren't real... but I guess not.

Well how about this:

It's different right?

I personally prefer the new version... but I know my opinion differs from most on this forum...! Nice work! I'd prefer it if it kept the 500 ATK bonus beyond the end of the turn though ;)

Just noticed - now it can be normal summoned as well?

It might as well be able to be normal summoned, otherwise they'll moan that it can only be brought out one way and that it's still useless... I mean god I don't get paid to make these cards it's just for fun lol I thought there might have been a couple of peeps who liked the new idea of monsters + non monsters....
