Activate this card while you have 5 or more monsters in your GY. Each player must first Tribute 1 monster they control to Pendulum Summon 2 or more monsters, or to acivate a card or effect that Special Summons 2 or more monsters, except from the GY. Once per turn, if a monster(s) is Special Summoned from either GY to the same field, except with this effect: The controller of those monsters can target 1 monster in either GY with the same Attribute and/or Type as either of those monsters; that player Special Summons that target to their field. You can only control 1 "Monster Reborn - Eclipse".


I'm having a bad day, and I'm sure it will get worse. This card is a more conditional but longer-lasting version of the beloved classic, and it even comes fully-loaded with a mandatory cost for each player to Special Summon 2 or more monsters at once, including by a Pendulum Summon. For an example of how this card's "floodgate" effect works, if you were to activate Ties of the Brethren by targeting a monster, you must first before activation, Tribute 1 other monster you control other than what you would target to activate Ties of the Brethren, and this applies to your opponent as well. This card will (without it printed on this card's actual effect) have an effect on certain Decks that forces them to slow down, even if they don't want to and it gives slower Decks a slight chance to keep up. Obviously the fact that its a Continuous Spell means its target for anything that can hit it so basing your entire Deck around it is not a good idea, the best Decks for this card would be Phantom Knights, True Dracos (for Master Peace), and older Decks in general especially ones that focus on the GY, like Gravekeepers.
