Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Dracoslayer" Pendulum monster from your hand, but it canot be used as Link Material.

 

So, he is a Dracoslayer extra deck monster, as every other extra deck Dracoslayer he has 2 effects 1 unique and 1 to special summon a dracoslayer, so lets explain this... First, a searcher for Dracos is pretty needed because they need ways to search Luster, other than Draconnection (you don't usually play wavering eyes here), or you can seach any true draco spell or draco face-off and draconnection, dracoacension. Also special summon from the hand because there's one that: SS from deck, SS from GY and SS from extra deck.
