zepheris
Continuous spellThis card's activation cannot be negated. No cards or effects can be chained to this card's activation. This card cannot be removed from the field. This card is unaffected by card effects. When this card is activated, negate the effects of all cards on the field, then shuffle all cards in both player's hands fields, and graveyards into their decks, ignoring their effects. Shuffle all banished cards into their owner's decks. Neither player can normal, flip, or special summon. Neither player can set. Neither player can activate cards or effects from the hand, field, or graveyard. Cards that would be sent to the graveyard or banished are shuffled into the deck instead. Both players skip all their draw phases. No card can declare an attack. Tell me if I missed something. Fixed MST problem, I don't think it's possible to fix the immune to spell cards. Luckily, there aren't many cards permanently immune to spell cards (Some cards in combination are immune, but if you remove the other card, it falls apart.) Sure, there's Black flame dragon lvl 6, masterpeace tribute summoned with continous spells, etc, but this isn't a real card, so I'm fine with a few cracks. If you can fix that, it'd be great. I have no idea how to.
EndUser
Since you basically clear everything and reset the Decks, there's nothing the players can do if you simply lock the Draw Phases. Good effort, but too extended effect description for no reason.8.5/
UltimateIRS
This can be destroyed if Mystical Space Typhoon is Chained to it. You can activate this while you control a monster that is unaffected by Spell effects to keep your opponent from doing anything while you keep attacking directly.
