[Luna Diviner]

Here are mah Death and Reborn monsters. They both have the added stats of 4000. And they are the opposites of each other.

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when a monster on your opponent's side of the field is destroyed by the effect of a card controlled by you. Send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard. Then, roll a six-sided die. Activate 1 of the following effects based on your result :

-1 or 3 : Destroy 1 monster on the field.

-2 or 4 : Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

-5 or 6 : Decrease this cards ATK by 200.

Whenever this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the destroyed monsters ATK or DEF.

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when a LIGHT monster is Special Summoned from your Graveyard or by its own effect. During your End Phase, send this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 monster with an ATK equal to or less than this cards ATK from your Graveyard. During the 2nd turn after this effects activation, Special Summon this card from your Graveyard and decrease this cards ATK by 100. Whenever this card destroys an opponent's monster, increase your Life Points by the destroyed monsters ATK or DEF.

Card 1: seems like a pumped up zorc + Snipe hunter, but with some down fall so hes balanced i mean a 1/3 that the effect simi back fires is bad. he has a cost for his powerfull effect and he has perceing.

8/10

 

Card 2: is crazy over powerd it should loose more ATK and it shouldnt be able to special summon its self back.

6/10 - needs more balance

The cards are nice, possibly a little overpowered, but nice nonetheless. On the first card you wrote:

"This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned....."

I believe you met this card can only be Normal Summoned.

Good cards. Forced Simplicity commented on the only error I noticed, so they're good other than that.

Wolf I kinda think that Reborna is weaker cause it will lose a 100 making the monsters it returns weaker thus making its point different like :

2500 RETURN DMG

2400 Jinzo

2300 ?

2200

 

You can get to a point where you can't summon a monster.
