I do not think locking all threads that breaks the rules is the way. How can members change their faults when we just lock the threads without pointing them out?

Well, when I close a thread, I tell the person to read the rules when I lock it.

 

I'm sure Dj and browarod do the same.

 

Then you can read the rules and abide.

 

I started a guide; I think it might do some use to finish it.
