Otherman archetype

A somewhat anti-meta archetype which summons your opponent's extra deck monsters.

 

All of them are reptile/light.

 

Otherman Linker

Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you have no cards in your extra deck, you can tribute this card to activate the following effect:

Tribute an otherman monster from your hand or side of the field; link summon a LINK-2 monster from your opponent's extra deck ignoring it's summoning conditions, and your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name for the rest of the duel. If this was the only monster on your side of the field, you can banish one otherman monster from your graveyard instead. 

 

Otherman Overlayer

Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you have no cards in your extra deck, you can xyz summon one rank 4 XYZ monster from your opponent's extra deck using this card and another otherman monster from your hand or field as xyz material and your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name for the rest of the duel. If this card is in your graveyard and you control no monsters, you can banish this card, special summon one of your banished otherman monsters. (This is a quick effect)

 

Otherman synchron

Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you have no cards in your extra deck, you can tribute this card to activate the following effect:

Tribute a non-tuner otherman monster from your hand or side of the field; synchro summon a level 8 synchro monster from your opponent's extra deck ignoring it's summoning conditions, and your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name for the rest of the duel. If this was the only monster on your side of the field, you can banish one non-tuner otherman monster from your graveyard instead. 

 

Otherman tributist

Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you have no cards in your extra deck, you can tribute this card to activate the following effect:

Tribute another otherman monster from your hand or side of the field, tribute summon a level 7 or higher monster from your opponent's hand ignoring it's summoning conditions, and your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name for the rest of the duel. If this was the only monster on your side of the field, you can banish one otherman monster from your graveyard instead. 

 

Otherverse Ultimatum

You can tribute two otherman monsters from your hand or side of the field in order to tribute summon this card. If you control no monsters, you can banish 2 otherman cards from your graveyard to special summon this card from your hand. If your opponent special summons a monster, you can banish one monster of the same monster card type (Normal, Effect, Synchro, xyz, link, ritual, fusion, etc.) from their graveyard, take control of that monster. You can banish this card from your graveyard, and 4 monsters with different card sub-types (Normal, effect, toon, etc.) you control which are owned by your opponent or were sent to your opponent's graveyard from your side of the field, special summon one Otherverse monster from your deck.

 

Otherverse Extra deck

Cannot be normal summoned or set. Can only be special summoned by the effect of an otherverse monster. If you control no monsters, you can banish 2 monsters with different card types (Synchro, xyz, link, ritual, fusion) which were sent to your opponent's graveyard from your side of the field, special summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can target one monster in your opponent's extra deck (Face down) special summon that target on your side of the field, ignoring summoning conditions. Your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name for the rest of the duel. You can banish this card from your graveyard, and 4 monsters with different card sub-types (Normal, effect, toon, etc.) you control which are owned by your opponent or were sent to your opponent's graveyard from your side of the field, special summon one Otherverse monster from your deck.

Otherman ritual art

quick play

Target one ritual monster in your opponent's hand or graveyard, tribute otherman monsters from your hand or field whose total levels are greater than the level of the targeted monster, ritual summon that target, ignoring it's summoning conditions and your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name for the rest of the duel. If you control no monsters, you can banish otherman monsters from your graveyard instead. If a monster in your hand would be tributed by the effect of an otherman card, you can banish this card from your hand or graveyard instead.

 

Otherman Fusion

quick play

Target one fusion monster in your opponent's extra deck, banish fusion the required fusion materials from your opponent's hand, field, or graveyard, then banish an equal number of otherman cards from your hand, field, or graveyard, fusion summon that target, ignoring its summoning conditions and your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name for the rest of the duel. If you control no monsters, you can banish otherman monsters from your graveyard instead. If a monster in your hand would be tributed by the effect of an otherman card, you can banish this card from your hand or graveyard instead.

 

Otherman Mothership

When this card is activated, add one otherman card from your deck to your hand, then look at your opponent's extra deck. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you control no monsters, you can special summon one otherman monster from your hand or graveyard. The effects of otherman monsters cannot be negated. If a monster in your hand would be tributed by the effect of an otherman card, you can banish this card from your hand or graveyard instead.

 

Otherman Landing Device

Continuous

You can only activate this card if Otherman mothership is on your side of the field. Every time an otherman card(s) is tributed or banished by the effect of an otherman card, place an otherman counter on this card for each of those cards. Once per turn, you can remove any number of counters from this card to summon banished otherman monsters whose combined levels equal the number of counters removed. Control of monsters you control cannot switch and cards you control cannot be tributed, except by the effect of otherman cards. If a monster in your hand would be tributed by the effect of an otherman card, you can banish this card from your hand or graveyard instead.

 

Pot of Otherman

quickplay

Activate only if your opponent activates the effects of a card that would add cards from their deck to their hand. Negate that activation, tribute an otherman monster from your hand or side of the field, and if you do, draw 2 cards. If a monster in your hand would be tributed by the effect of an otherman card, you can banish this card from your hand or graveyard instead.
