If you do not know the rules, please read the thread. Effect is that it cannot be speical summoned from your hand and counts as harpie lady while in your hand. When you draw a WIND monster card(not added to the card,a small typo), you may discard it to have this card gain this effect. This card gains 200 ATK for every WIND monster on the field. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you may discard one harpie lady from your hand to add this card to your hand. Of course, i did not write the effect this way.
