Pendulum Effect:

When either this card is activated OR at the start of your Standby Phase: note the Pendulum Zone this card Placed on and Declare Left or Right. During your Main Phase: you can Destroy 1 card adjecent to this card that on Declared position by this card effect; Move this to Spell/Trap zone of the Destroyed card. And if you do, this card is Treated as Continuous Spell card instead until this card is Placed on Pendulum Zone. If this card is Placed on Pendulum Zone different than noted by this card effect: Increase this Pendulum Scale by 2 for each card you Destroyed for this card effect. During the End Phase: Unless this card is Place on Pendulum Zone; Place this card on noted Pendulum Zone. Otherwise, Destroy it. This card Pendulum Effect cannot be Negated.

 

Monster Effect

If a card (including this card) the Same or adjecent Column as this card would be Destroyed by card effect: you can Destroy 1 appropiate Card adjecent to that card, instead (That card is Treated as Destroyed by that Effect ). Also you can Banish 1 card your opponent control in the same or adjecent Column as this card

as the Title and the effect discribe, this is a Pendulum card that literally "swing" from 1 backrow to another. Ill admit as a whole it doesnt have much usefull effect other than the "Swinging" effect...but hey this is prototype. The ideal Scenario of course having all other zone filled with S/T so when you repeatedly resolve this effect you will end up as Scale 13 pendulum.
