Fire and Water Effigy should exist. If Fire and Water Effigy existed, these are the best current Normal type monsters they can Tribute Summon: Water Effigy: Gogiga Gagagigo Fire Effigy: Ryu-Ran (or something else) Also, you can expect Effect monsters that are Lv7 or higher to work with the Effigies in the future, just like how "Ancient God Bird Simorgh" works well with Wind Effigy. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Ancient_God_Bird_Simorgh Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Without these two, the effigy set would be incomplete. and that would throw the attribute monster set into total chaos. We need the balance. All I see one person epic Failing while everyone else is laughing in his face because he fails too much. I don't think they would release, a Fire Effigy & Water Effigy unless they had a God horrid effect that's was worse than the first ones. (The First ones that was created in this name/topic I think..
