You can only xyz summon using this card during your opponent's turn, and if you do, that monster's effects that would detach this card as cost can be activated during either player's turn. If "Green house" is on the field, you can normal summon this card during your opponent's turn. Green house isn't really a card, nor am I making said card in the near future.
