Monster you control and choose a number between 1 to 4, reduce its level by the chosen number; Special summon an F.A. Monster from your deck or hand whose level is the same or lower than the amount reduced. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 F.A. Spell card in your GY, except "F.A. Fuel Siphon"; Add that card to your Hand. You can only use each effect of "F.A. Fuel Siphon" once per turn.
