Hey, everyone. To those of you who remember me, it's good to see you. To those of you that don't know me, I'm quite pleased to make your acquaintances. In any case, I've been rather inactive on this Forum. Hopefully, this will change within the coming weeks as I manage my time better. In the meantime, please tell me what you think of my newest single - Padlock Mermaid. The name comes from the chain circling the mermaid's waist, which really caught my attention. Hopefully this card will catch your attention, too.

Card Lore:

"Once per turn, you can discard 1 WATER monster from your hand to the Graveyard to activate one of the following effects:

• Select 1 monster on the field. Until your next Main Phase, the selected monster cannot declare an attack, and it cannot activate its effect.

• Select 1 monster on the field. Until your next Main Phase, the selected monster cannot change its Battle Position or be used for a Tribute Summon (or Set)."

Thanks for taking the time to look, and it's good to be back!

~Cyber

Thanks for the ratings, guys. At least some of you were kind enough to explain the reasoning behind the rating. I think this card is anything but simple. Regardless, I'm not going to start a Spam Argument here (which I would win). All I'm going to say is that I really look down on low ratings without explanations, especially by new members.

You Dont win all the time, especially when you contradict yourself (refering to a heated discussion between you and i in the past).

And dont we all, i do wish they could explain themselves.

Now the card however is brilliant, it can be used in all sorts of situations and have a positive outcome. ^_^
