Much like most sets they will not just be Machines
As some will be other's just their to make it like
an ordinary booster pack

I got the idea from looking at Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon and from the Inpachi series

[b]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Machine-Type monster. Pay Life Points so that you only have 100 left. Special Summon as many Machine-Type monsters with an ATK equal to or less than the amount of Life Points you payed from your hand as possible. If you activate this effect, destroy this card during your End Phase.[/b]

As most of you can see the point is to use BECD to Special Summon the Machines and then activate their effects. (As most of the effects are activated when they are Special Summoned)
I've added some support and a draw engine.
Cybernetic Limiter is a powerhouse (beatstick) and can remove all threats for the all-out ATK.
You may even consider it the Main Card of the set but it needs BECD or another special summon card to make it powerful and its second effect comes at a price of itself. And during the End Phase you might lose the duel if you Special Summoned it due to BECD's effect.
