Fusions have equal parts of all Pokes involved. Fusions are unrecognizable after completion. Splice - A fusion in which there is a base. Splices have much more of the base's influence than anything else. Splices are recognizable after completion. Anyway, since bmfv is stealing my job, I might as well bail.
