As for the card, it's an interesting idea, but I don't think the name really fits a monster. That's just my opinion, though.

I like the card alot. It is very good. But I actually am thinking limted though.

It just seems a lil strong, and if you even just have 2 in a deck, it can be alot to deal with.

But I like it alot.

Great Effort. Not a bad picture. I believe the card would be Limited because it's "Il-Bluddish" type of effect. Furthermore, you can remove it from play to draw 1 card. I suppose it all depends on how you "Commission Summon" a monster.

to commission summon a commission monster means the commission monster must be special summoned from your deck.

that summon is then treated as though if it was commission summoned

only commission monsters can be commission summoned

even if you use the effects of giant rat or shining angel to summon a commission monster

that special summon is then treated as a commission summon due to the fact that you special summoned a commission monster
