This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 Machine-type monster and 1 Fiend-type monster from your Graveyard. If this card destroys a monster in battle, remove that monster from play and your opponent then draws 1 card from their deck and discard 2 card to the Graveyard. After this is done Special summon 1 "Steam Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1000/DEF 0) in Defense Position to your opponent side of the field.

whats the point of putting a token on your opponent's side of the field?

1st thing I notice is that your main image needs some more erasework. ALso need a little work in the card lore department. Here's what I see off the top of my head...

Just out of my own personal curiousity, is the card's effect supposed to give the opponent a monster that either A) just blocked this card's attack or B) will be tribute-fodder during their next turn? Well, that's all I have for the momment. Overall, it's a decent idea...I just think it's a tad overeffected(not overpowered) but that's just me. ;)
