Commission Monsters - These are monsters that can be commission summoned. Unless they are commission monsters, they cannot be commission summoned. And if a card effect specifies that you need to Commision Summon a monster from your deck, you must summon a Commission monster.

Commission Summon - This is a summoning that only Commission monsters can perform. When a Commission monster is Commission Summoned it is summoned from your deck. Commission Summoning cannot take place any other way unless the card specifies. For example - (Special Summon 1 Commission monster from your Grave. This Summon is treated as a Commission Summon) That would be an exception.

Points To commission Summoning - your wandering whats the point. THey can be Normal Summoned right. Well thats all that matters. Well.... NO. the cannot be Special Summoned from your hand nor can they be set from your hand. THese 2 rules cannot be broken. Some commisions can turn their Battle Positions into face-down. But the cannot be SET. Now then. Lets list the pros and cons of Commssioning!

CONS

- They cannot be Special Summoned from your hand, nor can they be set.

- They can only be commission summoned from your deck

- They cannot attack during the turn they are Commission Summoned.

PROS

- Many effects that support Commission Summoning

- They cannot be destroyed by battle during the turn they are commision summoned

- Commission summons are not counted as Normal Summons or Special Summons

- They can change there battle Positions twice per turn, but cannot if you have already attacked with them.

SO overall, these cards were aimed to be balanced.

I tried to make them so atleast

This is card #1

More TO Come

If you control 2 or more Commission Monsters, you can Normal Summon this card from your hand without a Tribute. As long as at least 1 other Commission Monster exists on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. You can select 1 Commission Monster in your Graveyard and remove it from play. Then Commission Summon 1 Commission Monster from your Deck in face-up Attack or Defense Position.

When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard by a card effect destroy 1 card on the field. If the selected card was a Commission Monster that had been successfully Commission Summoned, increase your Life Points by the ATK of the destroyed monster. Then decrease your opponent's Life Points by half the original ATK of the destroyed monster.

When this cards is successfully Commission Summoned this card is treated as an Equip Spell Card with the following effect.

- Special Summon 1 Commission Monster from your Graveyard. This Special Summon is treated as a Commission Summon. Then equip this card to the summoned monster. When this card is removed from the field, destroy the equipped monster. When the equipped monster is destroyed, destroy this card.

This card can only be Commission Summoned from your Deck. Once per turn you can discard 1 Commission Monster to Commission Summon 1 Commission Monster from your Deck whose Level is equal to or less then the discarded monster. If this card is removed from the field during the same turn it is Commission Summoned, you can pay 700 Life Points to add this card to your deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned, Set, or Special Summoned. This card can only be Commission Summoned. You can Special Summon to your side of the field a monster destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle by this card at the end of the Battle Phase. The Special Summoned monsters ATK and DEF becomes 0 and is treated as a Commission Monster. You can tribute 1 Commission monster to activate 1 of the following effects:

- This card can declare another attack during this Battle Phase.

When this card is Commission Summoned successfully, you can decrease the ATK of this card by half to summon 1 Commission Monster from your Graveyard. This summon is treated as a Commission Summon. When this card is removed from the field, return the monster Commission Summoned by this cards effect to your Deck. During your Draw Phase, you can remove this card from your Graveyard from play in order to draw 1 extra card.[/align]

I like the card ^_^

It does seem to have a strong effect however. But it is very nice idea behind it.

The grammar, from what I can tell, it spot on.

I think you did a great job, be proud ^_^

9/10 ^_^

Good luck with your future cards ^_^

I was blacksheep, but when i start to love punk music i change my nickname, lol.

Anyhow, i saw "Vine Vanguard"'s effect it's: Once you can discard..., but in my english yugioh cards there's written: Once per turn yo can discard...

Maybe i'm in mistake, so don't care xD
