"When this card is flipped face-up..."then it wouldn't clash with the TOON effect.and the TOON effect does come first for info on how to make a TOON card, go here http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Toon there you'll find 3 TOON classes. you can choose 1, then add your flip effect (note: not "Flip:" ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

First you can't Normal Summon it, and it's tribute cost is insanely high...And to add to that, it only increases by 100 for every turn thats passed?
