Here's how the effect should go.

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Ultimate Gargoyle LV 8" on your side of the field. This monster's Atk and Def is equal to the number of cards in your hand and Graveyard times 200. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap cards while face-up on the field. Once per duel, you may negate the effect of one monster card that targets this monster.

 

But other than that this card seems to be a good card. You just need to do 2 things:

1. Credit the artist.

2. Create other Ultimate Gargoyles.
