I faintly remember sending you a link to the "Neo New card maker" where you can make all cards. I have no knowledge of other card makers that I am comfortable using.

google custom cards and you find atleast 5 other card forums but from all the ones I have visited this here is the only one where you have a clean format and a helpful community.  

So no I do not know any card forums I can recommend.

also please type the effects and traits of the cards underneath the card themselves. while it seems sound redundant, it helps other user to point out the mistake by copy paste the effect on their reply. also not all device is optimize to view the cards clearly and it get even harder to read when the text on cards is smaller due to long effects (Spirit Animal - Whale in particular is almost unreadable)

yeah i know that about whale, too much text im changing the text to be less words. i got feedback yesterday about some issues, also i know about the types im working on it, in your oppinion are these cards good or bad?

now for in-depth assesment:

in general:

all of them is Spirit that can be special summoned by other means and has built in special summon effect that "tag out" to the other spirit. for the most part this is fine but keep in mind that the tag out effect can summon virtually any of your spirit ignoring their summoning condition and you get to keep them on the field, so if you have a member that pretty strong and potentially unfair with any summon effect you might need to put some limitation on them like "Cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Spirit Animal" Monster effect"  or that tag out effect mostly only summon fellow "Spirit Animal" instead like Hino -Kagu-Tsuchi" (oh boy that card is quite unfair of free special summon without return) or they can only activate their effect if they normal or tribute summoned, or any form of limitation that enough to keep the card fair yet still have value plays is good

Per card:

Butterfly is...weird. while i get it that by function it should stay on the field as shield that also grant you search when its (and will) destroyed, its much less risky to just made this into non-spirit in the first place (in fact some of irl Spirit monster support is non-spirit). the risk im talking about is summon negation and the big blue rock Nibiru of course. also Spirit by nature have no uses for advantage that gain on the opponent turn except for Shinobird archetype

Dragon however is better than Butterfly in anyway. its immediate advantage on your turn (search when normal summoned) its exactly what spirit needs. pretty much an additional copies for Nikitama and Aratama along side with Fox. though sadly due to Dragon Level 2 and Fox being level 3 its limited to Link summon shenanigan unlike Niki-Ara that can be used to Xyz summon some of the best Rank 4 as needed. well at least its this and Fox is good stuff

Eagle is deceptively good, its basically better Neo-Spacian Grand Mole that also self-combo with other spirit animal tag out effect. which adding more nail to the coffin that is making sure that tag out effect have limitation

Lion here further questioning the possibility of further balancing needs. the reason why irl Spirit Monster have a really strong effect like Yamata Dragon, Hino-Kagu, or Shinobaron Peacock because Spirit is meant to be expensive investment of trying to keep them on board. while by no means Lion is over-powered but its pretty close from being one. its removal effect already crazy strong for level 4 (footnote any removal that don't target and remove without using destruction is near God tier in this game) there also possibilty of this card looping with other Lion, while this is harmless since it has no additional effect for the loop to be impactful but the potential is there and it could be dangerous. so you could add limitation on the tag out effect to prevent it summon another copy of themselves or just put HOPT a.k.a hard once per turn (example: You can only use this effect of "Spirit Animal Lion" once per turn)

Owl is overpowered. the negation effect says "return 1 Spirit monster" NOT "return 1 other Spirit monster" so at bare minimum you can return itself to your hand and then summon itself back via combo with its own tag out effect. note that negation effect is using SOPT a.k.a Soft once per turn (once per turn key word with out anything else) the thing is by official ruling SOPT effect can be used more than once per turn (ironically) if you can juggle/loop new copies of that card multiple times which is exactly this card does (negate by return itselt > summon itself= sounds like juggling eh). and it get even more crazier if you have more than 1 Owl to juggle

phoenix is pretty strong card but its actually kinda fine if im ignoring the deck capability to just vomit out spirits for free. the only critique i can gave him, since the effect trigger from all action the adding cards (drawing and searching) including your normal draw on draw phase i think you can tone down the effect by making it only trigger on card addition other than normal draw it will more fair this way

Turtle is another overpowered card, you may ask "but it can't loop with itself since it has except this card on the tag out effect" well you partially right, since it can't summon itself...but it CAN summon other turtle. so with looping 2 turtle you can literally emptied out opponent's field and GY  in a single turn

Whale its basically Turtle but even more overpowered considering with all tagging loop this deck capable of means you also draw infinite cards for potential FTK/OTK

please standardize Spirit World writing using TCG style instead OCG's numbered style. other than that effect-wise, its fine for what it do, it help the tag-out effect 2 ways with one of them providing protection for this card

Journey, its also fine

Energy meant to switch out your weak searcher with stronger monster while also combo with tag out effect. if not for how crazy the monster is this could be fine

Dance its weird, as its cost allowing you to return to your hand. which by how this deck work is free advantage on top of "free" cost. and that is not fine. for omni-negate  like this you actually need to put cost that remove a bit of advantage even when you on situation of nearly losing one or at least archetype locked. maybe by activate by tributing spirit or shuffle 1 each spirit you control and in your hand, whatever
