The correct OCG (that i would write anyway) would be:

 

Remove this card from Play to remove 3 WIND Attribute Winged-Beast-Type Monsters in your Graveyard from Play. This card is Special Summoned during the End Phase. This effect can be used during either Player's Turn.

 

im sure thats more correct ocg than it was before, and i think i kept it as close to the original effect as possible. =)

i think its more like this......

All you need to improve on is the quality of the picture, ( because I can see that it is slightly stretched), and the uniqueness of your card's effect. Once you accomplich these things, your work will be about perfect! If you need any help, feel free to private message me.

The effect has a narrow target range... 3 WIND Winged-Beasts in your Graveyard is hard to do; I'd prefer Strike Ninja over this. Make the effect a bit easier to use.

but anime911 got the correct ocg and its a basic copy of strike ninja except for wind

I think by adding more unigueness, these cards will become amaizing

and i love wind monsters and winged beasts
