If this card was "Synchro Summoned" by Tributing at least 1 "Primal Beast" monster, you do not have to tribute 1 "Tuner" monster to summon this card. If this card was summoned this way, Its ATK and DEF are halved untile your next Standby Phase. When a card's effect to destroy a card(s) on the field is activated, by Tributing this card, you can negate its activation and destroy the card. During the End Phase of a turn this card was sent to the Graveyard by this effect, you can Special Summon it. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon 2 "Primal Beast" monsters from your graveyard.

I can't comment as I haven't played Primal Rage much (I think that game sucks; I have the Sega Genesis port), but I like the pic used for Blizzard. I'm guessing that Talon pretty much relies on Blizzard's effect? There's little else to justify Talon being a two-tribute monster, not when certain Traps can EASILY ruin his day.

ahhh but the effects do reflect the beasts! you see, Armadon is an earth beast and a deffender of his team mates so his effect suits him, Tolon's effect reflects on his speed and mele, and Blizzard's effect works because he is the leader of the good beasts, vertigo effect suites her because she spits acid venom. =D

ya but they dont really go along with there special abilitys,

for example blizard can freezez you, so make it so that some monster cannot attack.

Talon is really fast, so give him a weak ATK strenght and make it so that he can attack twice. Just helpfull ideas, no harm intended.

You might want to capitalize Dinosaur on these since types are capitalized. Other than that, I'd cut Diablo's attack way down to 2700 or 2800, and Blizzard will need about 2400 for such a good effect, do that and they're great.
