My Worst, and yet, my Happiest Moment

Careless Whisper

Recommended Posts

I have talked to Clariex about this as well on PM. And this was mentioned up. The worst moment of my life, and yet, my happiest as well.

And here it goes... Discuss After reading, if it has not disturbed you too much.

Well, I was on pills during 6th grade because of my depression, (I had a very bad case, one time when my mom found me unconsious in the middle of the road). But they came with a very nasty side-effect that made me extremely aggressive and angry, and I also usualy lost thought of what I was doing, causing me to hurt myself from time-to-time, in anger.

One day (the day that Elly started going out with me.) This kid had been egging me on all day, he was saying all this crap about how much of a failier I was and that I diserved no life at all. (this was the kid that stole a girl I wanted to go out with at the time from me.) Until after school, in the bus lot (We usually had to wait 30 minutes for our buses to get there) I had taken enough from the kid, so I was about to beat the kid down, without realizing that he had braught a steel bat to school, and I wasn't really a fit kid to take such a damaging smack from a steel bat, as I was extremely young. So I didn't know that he had brought that, and I hadn't even started to charge at him when 2 things happened at once, the Kid pulled his steel bat from his book-bag, and Elly leaped out infront of me and started hugging me and sobbing over my shoulder. She knew the kid had a weapon that could cause serious damage to me, and she was protecting me, she hated the kid as well, but she stopped me from recieving a smack in the head that could possibly send me to the hospital for a year.

So after that, Tylor (the kid with the bat) Made a move to strike Elly in the back because she was shielding me, and another kid came out of no where, grabbed the bat, ripped it out of his grip, threw onto the ground, and punched Tylor so hard that Tylor was out cold.

All that happened while Elly was shaking very badly, so I comforted her, said sorry for being that way, and I sort of passed out from the extremeness of the side effect from my anti-depressant pills. Next thing I know, I'm laying on the couch at Elly's house, 12:00 a.m. Elly asleep right next to the couch in a sleeping bag, and she asked me out in the morning after I had calmed down, enough to focus on what was going on.

So yeah, that was like 4 years ago.

That kid, Tylor, used to be my best friend, until he stole that girl from me. He got kicked out of school for bringing a weapon to school, attempting to strike at Elly while her back was turned, infront of 50 eye-witness, including our Principle.

Discuss, the full story of how me and Elly first came together.

Please don't get off-topic.

And Cereal: I was depressed because that kid stole that girl from me. Her name was Lana, but she's my friend now, so no worries.

Lord Wyhe: This isn't some story I wrote for your entertainment, this is serious. I wrote it for you so YCM knows exactly how me and Elly got together in the first place.

That sound like a very important moment in your life. Props to Ferris:D

Depression runs in my family, and I had a mild case in 4th grade. Instead of pills they told me to sit next to a "sun light" that would boost my drooping seratonin levels(low seratonin=sadness)

Luckily im fine now, but I understand how being depressed really changes everything.

Well if your getting back with him be careful, it happened to me more than once. I wouldn't do anything he says. Good Luck.

Elly must be a really nice person... :)

At least, through all of this, you have learned that the path of violence isn't the wisest way to go. I also have one question for you. It seems that this person, Tylor, dislikes both you and Elly. Has anyone considered introducing him to proffesional help?

ya know somthing like that happened to me once cept the kid brought a wooden bat and I ended up breaking it over his head and he went to the hospital for a month (don't get me wrong the kid was a bully always picking on my friends the last straw was when he punched my best friend (witch happened to be a girl) and gave her a black eye)

best part was I got in no trouble at all (oh and my friend was fine after a week)

I'm almost starting to expect things like this from you, San-Meti. O,x

Seriously, though, who'da thunk it? It sounds like it came straight out of a movie. Ferris Nikolias = Pure Pwnage.

It really sucks that you were clinically depressed in 6th grade, though. I was clinically anxious at age 3, but that's all I can think of in the way of psychological disorders for me. I sense and wish for your happy future.

With all due respect,

Wait, a steel bat? My brother threw one at me once. I dodged the brunt of it, but it did nasty damage to my wrist when it glanced off. You're really lucky you know such nice people.

A really sad and a really happy one at the same time. A steel bat, where was this kid raised? In a Mortal Kombat lair? But anyways, I'm happy that it turned out to be a happy end for you and that kid got the right punishment. They should have sent him to a reformatory. And nice action from Ferris. It's a really affecting story.

Btw, are you guys Romanian? Since someone between you, as you mentioned, moved to Pensylvania and the names look Romanian to me, too.
