I know theres a lot of Sonic Cards in this forum but I had to make these.

 

EFFECT

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing "Silver the Hedgehog" equipped with "Chaos Emeralds". Every time this card destroys a monster, give this card 2 "Telekineses Counter"(Max 8). Every turn, by discarding 8 Telekineses Counters from this card, you can take control of 1 Monster on the field. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for every "Telekineses Counters". If this card is destroy, destroy all your opponents monsters on your side of the field.

EFFECT

Once per turn, you may give 1 Monster on the field a "Telekineses Counter" (Max 7). Once per turn, you may do one of the following by discarding the corresponding amount of "Telekineses Counter" on that Monster.

• 3 - Change the battle position of the selected monster.

• 5 - You may change the attack of the selected monster to any other Monster on the field.

• 7 - Take control the selected monster. When this card is destroyed, destroy the selected monster.

If you control another Chaos-type monster, your opponent may not attack this card.

[spoiler=LORE] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "The Birth of The Prototype Ultimate Life Form". When this card is summoned, place it in the Spell and Trap card section as a Continues Trap card with the following effect,

* Once per turn, you may Special Summon 1 "Biolizard Token" in Defense mode (Reptile-Type/WATER/LEVEL 6/ATK 1000/DEF 1000).

Many cards are overpowered....and very poor OCG...but is very nice for a new member like you overall 4.5/10...keep it up....:)
