More on God-like cards

well do you notice that waboku/negate attack/zero gravity/no entry/gravity bind/and many other cards can easyly stop this........ which means you loose

really i cant see how its ov'pw.......

That's true. But potentially, you'd be able to get rid of them first through all sorts of way.

But then, let's say you don't. Even if the opponent has one set s/t, assuming it can't negate the spell, once the monsters are summoned, Uria renders the set s/t useless.

But yeah, obviously that's situational, but odds are, the person's not necessarily gonna have a waboku or a gravity bind ready to chain to your spell card. They might have bottomless or sakuretsu, and they'll end up not working.

Regardless, yes you're right, many cards can stop this. Then again, this might just be a matter of perspective. I might just feel this way BECAUSE it's a last resort type card. If the opponent can't get out of it, they're dead, instantly because of a single spell card. And I think that's why it would be overpowered. True, you lose if you do not win that turn, but that makes it sort of a luck-type effect...like, it's one or the other. Basically, you've set it up as though nothing before this had mattered, either your opponent will win or you will win. Let's say that the odds of your winning are equal to your opponent's winning (by having the right s/t set). That still doesn't make it fair in my opinion because your opponent could have been owning you already. And it doesn't matter if the spell card is risky cause you've got nothing left to lose...and yet, you've just equalized you and the opponent.

I think a last resort type card would be fairer if the odds were in your opponent's favor...but even that would still be luck-based and not my ideal sort of effect.

So yeah, sorry for talking so much. But like I said that's just my opinion...obviously, we don't all agree on what's broken and what's not cause we all have different standards of how the metagame should be. So....yeah, lol
